About JTI

JTI was formed in 1999 when the parent company JT Group acquired the non-US operations of R.J.Reynolds. Since then, the international workforce has driven two decades of growth. Today, JTI has more than 40,000 employees driving success all over the world. The mission is to nurture the internationally recognized brand roster while leading the way in Reduced-Risk Products and new ways of doing business.

JTI is committed to making business not only the fastest growing of its kind, but also the most innovative and sustainably run. Nine world renowned brands make up the core of the brand portfolio. Each possesses its own distinct character and heritage, brought together under our unrivalled commitment to quality.

Part of being a sustainable business means creating, growing and innovating outside of our traditional tobacco products offering. The innovative brands Ploom and Logic are at the forefront of the vaping tobacco products market.

JTI offers a vibrant workplace culture, talent development programs, and they are dedicated to employee success. Unique individuals make up the global community and the ways in which they have made 2020 work for them – leaf-growers and engineers, sales representatives and scientists, data analysts and procurement specialists, yogis and bingo lovers, artists and runners, gardeners and bakers.
