Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for your next role?

Location – UK Remote

Pay – TBC

Full Time – UK, Office Hours

Fixed Term Contract – TBC

Job Responsibilities

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
  • Maintaining a database of customer information
  • Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
  • Checking product or service availability
  • Assisting customers with registration or account creation
  • Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation’s offerings

Requirements

2 years experience in a Customer Service role – dealing with phone calls and emails are essential.

An excellent command of English – written & verbal.

Proactive, can do attitude & team player.

Quick to pick up IT systems – have worked with multiply windows.

Confident with problem solving.

Great people skills and target driven.

Own quiet home office with stable internet access.

Right to work with no restrictions.
