Digital Operations Coordinator

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Digital Operations Coordinator to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for Salesforce data management, invoicing and collections, and providing support to the CEO and Digital Director with various duties. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Essential Skills

• Excellent command of the English language

• Impeccable writing skills and a keen attention to detail

• Positive, professional, and focused work ethic

• A team player also able to work on own initiative

• Strong time management discipline, able to multitask and prioritise multiple deadlines

• Good IT skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to learn new systems with ease

Desired Skills

• Experience with Salesforce and Xero

• Search engine optimisation experience including Google Analytics and other monitoring tools

• Social media marketing experience

Key Responsibilities

• Raise invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments from clients

• Assist the Digital Director with website audits, writing page schema, and monitoring page rankings

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in Salesforce

• Attend team meetings and contribute to the streamlining of internal processes

• Collate content for the weekly team meeting, write the agenda and follow up on actions

• Be discreet – client confidentiality is of the utmost importance


The role offers flexible remote working with 1- 2 days in the office per week (during the first month this

could be up to 3-4 days per week). Our office is in Wilton, Wiltshire SP2 0RS.
