HR Administrator

Part time -10 hours per week


Salary £17.50 per hour

As a HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with employee performance evaluations and providing support in implementing performance improvement plans.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handling employee enquiries and resolving any HR-related issues or concerns.
  • Assisting in organising and coordinating HR-related events.
  • Keeping up-to-date with HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, such as preparing reports, maintaining HR databases, and assisting with HR projects as needed.
  • Working with the recruitment team on doing the RTW checks for candidates on our liquid workforce
  • Working with the recruiters to complete candidate contracts and the RFS handbook.

We are looking for someone who has strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
