Operations & Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations and Project Manager to work on high end residential project across London. Your roles and responsibilities will be:

 

  • Coordinating with directors and construction manager to oversee and manage all operations & logistics across the construction sites 
  • Waste management across construction sites
  • Construction and design programme management 
  • Assist in resource management 
  • Manage the procurement of build items
  • Manage and coordinate all after build and maintenance works 
  • Assist with the smooth operations with the office including contacting technical support etc
  • Managing all assets and stock items 
  • Managing all H&S and legal paperwork required on all projects

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years + experience in operations  
  • Experience in being proactive and problem solver
  • Experience creating programme and managing them
  • Must have experience creating spreadsheets and financial reports 
  • Needs to have strong communication, organisational and IT skills. Be proactive and efficient
  • Intermediate-advanced skills in MS Office (especially excel) and Office 365. Any other software packages are advantageous
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks and manage urgent tasks 
  • Able to multi-task and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be London-based. 
  • Good English and communication skills
