We’re looking for team members who want to be part of a progressive, fun and fast moving environment. You will home based, working as a satellite team with other military spouses.
Quality Assurance Administrator – 100% remote
Quality assuring vehicle profiles to go onto a selling platform for dealers.
Feeding back to agents and managers on any issues.
Replying to customer queries using a CRM system.
Other general duties as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to work under time pressure and be able to multitask.
A friendly, positive personality and ability to work alone and as part of a high-functioning team.
An organised working style with strong attention to detail.
You will be working one of the following set shift patterns –
Monday to Friday 08:45-17:30
Tuesday to Saturday 08:45-17:30
Sunday to Thursday 08:45-17:30
There will be NO shift rotation, plus our client can accommodate a break later in the day for the nursery or school pick up (if applicable).
Salary – £11ph, with all equipment and training provided.
Contract – 2-3 months initially with a view to extend and go permanent.
You will be required to complete a short written exercise (approx 1-2 hours and all info will be provided) and due to the volume of applications, we will not be able to provide individual feedback.
