Motorway is the UK’s fastest growing online used car marketplace. We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Specialist 100% remote within the UK.

We’re looking for an extremely well-organised person with excellent attention to detail, strong time management, strong customer service skills and great communication. The ideal candidate will be someone who can display a desire to grow with the role and will be motivated to take ownership of required tasks quickly. The role is ever evolving so the ideal candidate will be adaptive to change. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Sales Support Specialist – 100% Remote
- Answering general customer service questions via a bespoke ticketing system, which is all email based.
- Making a number of support calls to ensure our high level of service is maintained.
- Working closely with various teams to resolve customer queries, internally and externally.
- Managing a caseload of sales through to completion. Including handling vehicle documentation.
We are looking for someone with very good attention to detail with the innate ability to work under
time pressure and be able to multitask.

You will be working one of the following set shift patterns –
Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30 OR
Tuesday to Friday 10:30-18:30
and Saturday 09:00-17:00
There will be NO shift rotation, plus our client can accommodate a break later in the day for the nursery or school pick up (if applicable).
Salary – £11ph, with all equipment and training provided.
Contract – On going.
You will be required to complete a short written exercise (approx 1-2 hours and all info will be provided) and due to the volume of applications, we will not be able to provide individual feedback.
