Job Title: Senior Benefits Manager (24 month FTC)

Location: Frimley, Preston or Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: Circa £80,000 depending on experience

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will provide subject matter expertise on UK and International benefits in order to ensure policies, regulations, laws and procedure are complied with
  • Analyse data to identify trends and implications and to understand the international markets and the local needs of business to be able to amend existing provision or implement new solutions
  • Delivering transformation activities including implementation of new benefits, managing change and process redesign
  • Managing the online benefit vendor holding them accountable for accurate delivery and ensuring cyclical activities are robust and meet the needs of BAE Systems and its employees 
  • Managing multiple brokers on renewal cycles in the UK and Internationally as required
  • Managing brokers, suppliers, and technology to maximise the benefit offering on behalf of each country whilst linking this to the Reward and HR strategy
  • Influences and coaches others in line with business priorities
  • Connects thinking and solutions for Reward, Benefits, Pensions or Global Mobility in connection with wider business context and strategy

Your skills and experiences:

Essential

  • Significant experience managing online benefit platforms, ideally with Benefex
  • Extensive knowledge of managing benefits in a global organisation, both in the UK and internationally
  • Experience managing vendors and ensuring they meet deliverables

Desirable

  • Middle East and US experience
  • Chartered CIPD member or working towards / Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or related subject
