Job description
- To undertake calls and administration to generate new opportunities.

- To make scripted phone calls as directed by the Telemarketing Team Leader.
- To conduct administration to support calls made, for example, follow-up emails.
- To read information and research provided to ensure understanding of individual projects.
- To undertake training as required to maintain performance in role.
- To raise problems/issues/opportunities with Telemarketing Team leader.
- To provide support for telemarketing colleagues as required
- To attend monthly/weekly team meetings.
- To provide administrative support for the Telemarketing team as required.
- Other reasonable tasks as required by the role.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
- Telemarketing, sales and customer service experience
- Experience with outbound cold calling is essential
- A professional and clear telephone manner is essential.
- Experience with a VOIP telephone system is essential
- Comfortable working towards targets / KPIs
- Able to work independently and monitor own progress, with frequent communication with Team Leader
- If working remotely – Strong, reliable internet connection and working laptop / PC are essential
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills are essential
- High levels of attention to detail are essential, we would need the ideal candidate to be very meticulous and take their time when working through the system to ensure mistakes are not made
- We require a high level of comprehension skills
- Able to work between multiple screens / data lists at once
- Able to follow a script and take on training provided
- Administrative skills essential, for carrying out sales administration tasks such as making notes in CRM system / spreadsheets, processing leads / sales, and sending follow-up emails
Measurements of success:
- Meeting project KPIs on e.g. calls made and qualified opportunities generated depending on the individual campaign.
Job Type: Temporary contract, up to 3 months
