Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Weekend Hours Only and ad hoc during the week as and when needed
Rate: £15 per hour
Job Summary: The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and enhancing guest interactions for our Airbnb-style platform. This position involves utilizing Salesforce for sales management, engaging with clients through live chat and Intercom, and efficiently handling internal calls from guests. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, be proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and managing the Salesforce CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and help track sales performance metrics.
- Customer Engagement:
- Handle live chats and customer inquiries through Intercom, providing timely and accurate information regarding property listings and bookings.
- Manage internal calls from guests, addressing concerns, answering questions, and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Lead Management:
- Monitor and respond to incoming leads via various channels, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement.
- Assist in nurturing relationships with potential guests and hosts.
- Communication Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between guests and the sales team, ensuring all inquiries are logged and addressed effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance guest experiences and drive sales growth.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and sales activities within Salesforce.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, especially in the hospitality or property rental sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with live chat tools, such as Intercom.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Flexible schedule may be required, including occasional evenings and weekends based on guest activity.
